Botero

The official app for Botero’s exhibition held at Palazzo Pallavicini from 19 October 2019 to 26 January 2020.

 

Thanks to the simplicity and immediacy of use, the indoor location offered by the beacons placed in the halls of the building and the image recognition functionality, visitors were able to listen to the audio descriptions of the works without diverting attention from them.

 

Despite the limited period, the exhibition and the app have been very successful.

For almost the entire duration of the exhibition, the iOS app was the 1st in the travel category in the italian store.

During all the 4 months of the exhibition, the iOS app was for the most part the 1st app in the Italian ranking of paid apps in the travel ranking and even 6th in the general ranking. This represented a great source of pride for the quality of our work and prestige for the museum itself.
